Here is a photo by Clarence R. Weaver that was taken in East Altoona, Pennsylvania, on 1 July 1940. Prominent here is Pennsylvania Railroad engine #5442, a K-4S (4-6-2) "Pacific" built by the Baldwin Locomotive Works during March of 1927 and retired in February of 1949 after 22 years of faithful service. It was published originally in the August 1944 issue of "Trains" magazine, page 40.
