| Here is a shot of the accident scene as the flatbed tow truck moves into position. The two women in the picture were in the car that was hit from behind. Notice how the car is hanging on the IHB track. The guy who hit them is standing on the other side of the truck on his cell phone and I firmly believe he was plastered. This could have been a lot worse if a train was coming... |
