The opposite end fo this train NJT 7016 (Cab Car ) is een as the eastbound train departs Summit Station. The Track 2 signal is now displaying the Aspect, Steady Red over Steady Red NORAC Rule 291, NAME; Stop and Proceed INDICATION: Stop, then proceed at Restricted Speed until the entire train has cleared all interlocking and spring switches (if signal is an interlocking ort CP =( Control Point) signal and the leading wheels have; 1 Passed a more favorable fixed signal or 2 Entered non -signaled DCS territory. DCS= Form D Control System a block system, signaled or non signaled, in which the movement of trains outside of yard limits is authorized by Form D
