| Former Illinois Central Gulf 100408 was owned by the Louisiana Railway Heritage Trust when it was photographed in a suburb of New Orleans. The 120-ton crane was Industrial Works serial no. 3532 and had been built at Bay City, Michigan in 1918 as Illinois Central X-111. It was converted to diesel power in May 1955, was renumbered ICG 100408 after 1972 and was donated to the LRHT after it was retired. |
