| Nearly spotless PTRA 9622 and 9617 roll a short freight past the Port of Houston. These locomotives are two of 24 MP1500Ds built new for the Port of Houston Terminal Railroad Association by Motive Power Industries in 1996. Twenty years after delivery, the MP1500D is no longer built, MPI is now Wabtec, and the Houston railroad scene is down to two major players. |
