Nice side view of the E44 unit in action with its catenary arm raised and engineer in the window. Built originally for the Pennsylvania RR by GE in April of 1962, it wore the Penn Central logo and eventually the Conrail logo all within its lifetime. Taken by an unknown photographer, the slide was part of the Houser Collection. |
