| Somewhere on the MEC, date, place, and photographer unknown. HOWEVER one viewer of this scene says the photograph was likely taken during the 'Great ICC Inspection of 1915-1916' when US Gov't inspectors toured all the nations RRs taking inventory. They photographed all the bridges nationwide. Apparently this photograph is typical of that work... /DL //DL |
