An empty XWB coal train from the NYSEG plant in Ithaca has reached block limit station WAVE(at right, small blue sign) and is now entering the Southern Tier Line. The train is being handled by a Gang Mills crew, and is symbolled WACG 30; the train will eventually go back to a mine in southwestern PA near Brownsville. |
