Built by Pullman Stander in 1948 as of of 25 Plan W6788 cars for the New York, New Haven & Hartford RR and labeled #315 "Westerly", the car went through a succession of owners Penn Central and Amtrak before being rescued by Larry Marshall in 1988. |
