| After the DPU cleared Dalbow Road, I continued my quest to see why they were crawling down the line. I had made it near Gibbs, Mo. and they were letting the coal train before them enter the UE Coal Power Plant, since the speed restriction for the plants track is 10 mph, it explains their slow pace. |
