| Amtraks Desert Wind stops at Las Vegas. The station at the time was the Union Plaza Hotel, owned by UP. The train arrived at 1900, 25 minutes early, and was scheduled out at 1945. Passengers were allowed to play at the casino, with the warning to be back on the train or get left behind!! |
