| LUCY NM Sept 10 1980 -- Santa Fe U36C 8796 and an all GE consist accelerate a mixed freight on the Transcon. This locomotive was built by GE in February 1975. In May 1986 it was rebuilt, renumbered and repainted to SPSF RCE receiver U36Cu/SF30C 9543. By Jan 1 1991 it had been repainted to ATSF 9543 and was retired before September 1997.
