An oddball engine in the lineup, 2 B30-7's in the background

An oddball engine in the lineup, 2 B30-7's in the background
look in the left row next to the CN units, the 2nd engine. It was freshly painted and numbered 2229. However, I can not match this engine up with anything on the roster and it is very strange looking. Any ideas?
