This ES40DC and C40-9W were seen at Brownsville Junction where the CSX line meets This ES40DC was seen at Brownsville Junction where the CSX line meets the Norfolk Southern Loweridge Secondary. Also where a track splits off to go across the Monongahela River to the West Brownsville Yard.
