| The Hershey Shifter makes a rare appearance outside of the chocolate plant as it makes its way through Harrisburg at 1:41PM. The 5669, which had been the regular Hershey Shifter power for several months, was heading to Enola to fix an oil leak. Another GP38-2 would return east to Hershey later in the afternoon. |
